Brick by Brick: Enhancing Facilitation with LEGO® Serious Play®

On Wednesday 28 August, Cliftons will be hosting the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD), and guest speaker, Mei-Ling Chin to explore the world of LEGO® Serious Play®.

In this session, have fun with others and dive into the LEGO® Serious Play® experience to see how it can transform your training or facilitation sessions. Inspire play, ignite your creative thinking, and solve problems through hands-on activities. 

Following this interactive presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with industry friends, both new and familiar over some light refreshments and beverages.

With a project management background, Mei-Ling brings over 20 years of experience from London, Paris, and Asia. She excels at uniting multi-disciplinary teams and empowering them to achieve their best work.

Inspired by the creative problem-solving and interpersonal nature of LEGO® Serious Play®, she became a certified facilitator and has led sessions for clients like the ABC, Wise, and the National Security College (ANU).
